Can I return my order?
Yes, it is. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 14 days of receipt. In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

The order still contains all the correct parts and components and the packaging arrived exactly as the product did.
- Normal handling of the product is evident; breakage due to negligent handling is excluded.
- Products for which hygiene is important are thoroughly cleaned before starting the return procedure.
- Upon receipt, the product was found to be defective.

Shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
- The return will be processed within 7 working days and, if the conditions are met, the return will be officially recognized within this period.
- We reserve the right to refuse to return items if we believe they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow the steps below to start the return process:

We will contact you to provide you with the return address of our warehouse. Please do not return the package to the physical address of the company. The shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.
Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, if he is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are not primarily attributable to his commercial or professional activity:
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled until 00:00 (midnight) on the same day of purchase. After this time, cancellations are no longer accepted as orders are already being processed.
Right of withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, has received or accepted the last goods. As we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. As a result, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, which means that a refund is not possible until the goods have been received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal , you must inform Loome Meblourne of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail). The withdrawal is complete when we have received the goods. The buyer is responsible for the return costs.
Recording of shipments in transit
Since our goods are shipped from a warehouse in China, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them. You can, of course, inform us in advance of your cancellation. To ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, except the costs of delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your cancellation of this contract and receipt of the goods. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged for this reimbursement.
